Spinach & Cheese Omelette


            Ingredients 

    



  • 2 eggs

  • A handful of fresh spinach

  • 2 tbsp shredded cheese (low-fat)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

                                                                 Instructions:

    1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.

    2. Sauté the spinach in a pan with olive oil for a minute.

    3. Pour the eggs over the spinach, sprinkle cheese on top, and cook until done.

    4. Fold and serve warm.
