Refreshing & Healthy Juice Recipes to Cool Down This Summer




 


 Watermelon Mint Cooler 


Ingredients:      

  • 3 cups watermelon (seedless, cubed)

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves

  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Strain if desired. Serve chilled with mint garnish.


Tropical Sunshine Juice




 Ingredients:



  • 1 mango (peeled and chopped)

  • 1 orange (peeled and seeded)

  • ½ pineapple (chopped)

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve cold with ice and an orange slice
